Our team is dedicated to supporting referees nationally at training, developing and support, both on the field and off the field.
Our off the field preparation, debriefs, self-reflections are more important than ever and we as a group will always be available should anyone want to talk anything through.
As well as ourselves, we have a dedicated team at The RA who support, represent and assist many referees and members season upon season, this could be on field support, off-field support, legal support, representation.
The RA-FA Youth Council works with teams from outside the football world, such as Mind Charity, NSPCC, Cancer Research, Hawk-Eye Technology and many more.
