Have a great referee development idea? Will it engage your referee workforce, mentors, coaches or assessors? Need some extra funding to put your idea into action? The RA-FA Youth Council is proud to present to you the Referee Development Fund.

The Referee Development Fund is a programme delivered by the RA-FA Youth Council and is available to anyone who wants to develop referees and referee volunteers. Not only do successful applicants receive funding towards their great idea, but also a bespoke support package that ensures the full and successful delivery of your project.

To date, over £27,000 has been invested into referee development projects across the country, including development days, mentor schemes, referee course bursaries and academies. No matter how big or small the idea is, the Referee Development Fund can help.
