The RA-FA Youth Council are pleased to launch the Referee Development Fund (RDF) for the 2018/19 season. Eligible groups are able to apply for up to £500 towards referee development.
HOW IT WORKS
There are just FIVE easy steps to getting funding and support from the Referee Development Fund:
1. Submit Your Application
Download an application pack (found below), complete and email to RDF@rafayc.co.uk Make sure you have included a clear plan of your project or programme! Need some help completing your application? Get in touch with your Regional Representative who will be happy to help
2. Application Successful
An independent panel that will decide if your application is successful will review your project plan. You will be notified of the decision within 21 working days. If your application is successful, you will be sent a Funding Agreement for you to sign. Not quite there yet? If your application is unsuccessful we will work with you to give feedback on improving your application.
3. Project Delivery
Now it’s time to deliver your project! To get your funding all you have to do is meet the criteria set out in your Funding Agreement. But don’t worry, our team of Regional Representatives will help you along the way.
4. Project Feedback
We want to hear everything about your project and how it’s going. Keep in touch with your Regional Representative on its progress. Share photos, videos and stories from your project with us by emailing RDF@rafayc.co.uk and we’ll get it published on our website and social media!
5. Receive Funding
Finished your successful project? Now it’s time to get your funding! Upon the successful delivery of your project, you will be required to submit evidence that the criteria in your Funding Agreement have been met. You will then be sent information on how to claim your funding.
